Policy ("Agreement"). We reserve

registering for this Service and/or

changes, you agree to be bound by such
changes.
Memberships are sold as a one-person
access license and are not transferable
to another user. Companies
employing more than one person who will
need access must purchase an individual
membership for each employee. There are
no exceptions. Account sharing or
allowing anyone access to your
one-person account for any reason is
strictly prohibited, well monitored, and
will result in immediate termination
without a refund.
The sole purpose for our Service is
to be used by your company normal
human resources purposes. You
may not offer them for download or
resale to others whether it be
public or private. You may not place
our information, in whole or in
part, online or offline nor on any
type of media or document.
Under no
circumstances will HR Logic be
responsible for any loss or damage
resulting from anyone's use of HR
Logic's Service and/or any content
posted.
We do not
make any representations, nor do we
endorse the accuracy, completeness,
timeliness or reliability of any
advice, opinion, statement or other
material or database displayed,
uploaded or distributed in this
Service or available though links in
this Service. We reserve the right
to correct any errors or omissions
in this Service. Although we intend
to take reasonable steps to prevent
the introduction of viruses, worms,
"Trojan horses" or other destructive
materials to this Service, we do not
guarantee or warrant that this
Service or materials that may be
downloaded from this Service do not
contain such destructive features.
We are not liable for any damages or
harm attributable to such features.
If you rely on this Service and any
materials available through this
Service, you do so solely at your
own risk.
All sales are final. Except
for the case of plan upgrades, there
will be no refunds or credits for
partial term service, partial term
downgrade refunds, or refunds for
terms unused with an open account.
In order to treat everyone equally,
no exceptions will be made.
Your Membership is prepaid and will
be automatically renewed through the
method you have provided via Pay
Pal. If you choose to cancel
your Membership see Membership
Cancelation Policy (below).Please
note that allowing a credit card to
expire or not submitting payment by
check regardless of invoice receipt
status will not automatically cancel
your Service as we maintain all of
your account data, allow content to
be viewed and allow you access to
your account. You will remain
responsible for paying the plan
cost, which will accrue to your
account, until we receive a
cancelation notice.
We will send notice to the email
on record if a card is declined.
We may also follow-up by phone or
mail. We reserve the right to send
delinquent accounts to a collection
agency if they are not paid within
three months.
Our website and its contents are
classified as copyrighted and may
not be distributed or used without
our written permission.
This Agreement is governed under the
laws of the United States and the
State of California.

Cancelation Policy
To cancel your membership you must fax the
Membership Cancelation Form, at
least 30 days prior to your renewal date.
